  Impact Practices (HIPs): Global Learning. How can we create meaningful g
 lobal learning experiences without requiring students to travel abroad? C
 ollaborative Online International Learning (COIL) offers an innovative ap
 proach by connecting students and faculty across institutions and culture
 s through intentionally designed virtual collaborations. This interactive
  workshop will introduce COIL as a high-impact practice\, explore how it 
 develops intercultural competence and global perspectives\, and share pra
 ctical strategies for integrating virtual exchange into courses. Particip
 ants will leave with ideas and tools for designing engaging\, inclusive\,
