DESCRIPTION:Cornell Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) Grief Supp
 ort Group\nThe pain of losing a spouse\, parent\, child\, or other family
  member or friend is profound and often more complex than we expect. Talk
 ing with others about our grief can help us feel less alone. Hearing othe
 rs’ experiences can bring perspective\, and naming our emotions can lesse
 n their intensity.\n\nThe aim of this group\, led by Jennelle Liljestrand
 \, LCSW\, FSAP counselor\, is to provide a space for you to further griev
 e and actualize your loss\, as well as connect with others in a similar s
 ituation. Each participant will have the chance to process through discus
 sion\, poetry\, writing\, and sharing of memories and photos.\n\nThis gro
 up will run October 7th – December 16th\, (we will skip Nov 25th and have
  a total of 10 sessions) Wednesdays 11:30am-12:50pm for 80 minutes on Zoo
 m and is open for 8-12 participants. If you’re interested\, please email
