  connected with other parents who understand the joys and complexities of
  raising children. Together\, we will draw upon our own strengths\, learn
  from one another’s experiences\, and cultivate a more mindful approach t
 o parenting—creating opportunities for connection\, growth\, healing\, an
 d resilience within ourselves\, our families\, and our community. The gro
 up is facilitated by a professional clinician and educator. Sessions begi
