DESCRIPTION:CREATE (Courage\, Resilience\, Expression\, Affirmation\, Toge
 therness\, Embodiment) is a supportive six-week workshop for students nav
 igating identity-related stress or belonging concerns who are looking to 
 increase their self-empowerment\, be reflective\, and express themselves 
 through crafting and art while connecting in community with others. Each 
 week we’ll explore a topic through different art mediums to build compass
 ion and center joy. All skill levels are welcome!\n\nYou may choose to at
 tend part or all of each workshop series\, as your schedule allows.\n\nTo
  join\, simply arrive at SSB 4.600 a few minutes before the start time. I
 f you’d like reminders and an easier check-in\, you can also message us a
 t sccgroups@utdallas.edu to be added to the roster.\n\nOur workshops prov
 ide education and practical tools for managing common mental health conce
 rns\, similar to a training or class. Even though they are led by one of 
 our therapists\, workshops are not the same as therapy groups\, as they a
 re focused on learning and practicing skills rather than in-depth therape
 utic process. All workshops are open to UTD students\, and no group scree
