SUMMARY:Getting the Most out of Your Annual Activity Report
DESCRIPTION:Faculty Annual Activity Reports (AARs) provide an opportunity 
 to reflect on your accomplishments\, document your contributions\, and hi
 ghlight the impact of your work over the past year. Beyond serving as a r
 ecord of activities and achievements\, the AAR can be a valuable tool for
  discussing your professional goals\, identifying areas for growth\, and 
 exploring future career opportunities at URochester. In this workshop\, w
 e will examine strategies for preparing a strong and effective AAR that c
 learly communicates your successes in teaching\, research/scholarship/cre
 ative pursuits\, service\, and other professional activities. Participant
 s will learn how to use the AAR as a framework for productive conversatio
 ns with department chairs\, deans\, and other academic leaders about care
 er development\, promotion pathways\, leadership opportunities\, workload
  planning\, and long-term professional aspirations. Maggie Graham\, Assoc
 iate Vice Provost\, will lead the discussion and respond to questions.\n\
