 Ziettlow has more than 25 years of investment experience. Prior to joinin
 g RIO\, he was the Manager of Investment Strategy and Implementation at C
 enturyLink Investment Management. He received a bachelor's degree from th
 e University of Jamestown and a Master of Business Administration with a 
 concentration in Finance from the University of Denver. He holds the Char
 ter Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of C
