DESCRIPTION:Explore your creativity and discover calming ways to manage st
 ress through our Creative Expression series. Each session invites student
 s to unwind\, connect with others\, and explore mindfulness through hands
 -on artistic activities. Instructors will guide participants through each
  project while encouraging self-expression\, creativity\, and reflection 
 in a welcoming\, judgment-free environment. Materials and techniques will
  vary each week\, giving students the opportunity to experiment with diff
 erent forms of art and discover what works best for them as a stress-reli
 ef tool. At the end of each session\, students will have the opportunity 
 to share their creations\, reflect on their experiences\, and connect wit
 h peers through conversation and creativity.\n\nThis week’s project: Make
  Your Own Button\n\nDesign and create your own custom button to showcase 
 your personality\, interests\, or favorite designs. Whether you make some
 thing funny\, artistic\, motivational\, or meaningful\, this session is a
