DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Professor Janiece Morton\, GWSB:\n\nWhat allows us t
 o feel a sense of belonging while remaining grounded in our own beliefs a
 nd identities? This experiential workshop invites participants to explore
  the relationship between inner awareness and our ability to connect acro
 ss differences in belief\, identity\, and worldview.\n\nDrawing from cont
 emplative practices in meditation and breath awareness\, participants wil
 l engage in a guided meditation followed by individual reflection\, an in
 teractive activity\, and facilitated dialogue. The session will create sp
 ace to consider how cultivating stillness\, presence\, and self-awareness
  can support curiosity\, empathy\, and meaningful connection with others.
 \n\nNo particular religious or spiritual belief is required. Participants
  are invited to engage with the practices in whatever way feels authentic
