SUMMARY:GIFTED Bible Study
LOCATION:John Lewis Student Center - Room 2108
DESCRIPTION:Imposter Syndrome — Am I Sufficient?\n\nCollege can make it ea
sy to compare yourself to the people around you. Whether it's grades\, in
 ternships\, research\, leadership\, or career goals\, many students wrest
le with feeling like they aren't smart enough\, accomplished enough\, or
qualified enough to be where they are.\n\nThis Bible Study will explore i
mposter syndrome through a biblical lens. We will discuss where feelings
of inadequacy and comparison come from\, how they can affect the way we s
ee ourselves and our abilities\, and what Scripture teaches about our ide
ntity\, worth\, and sufficiency in Christ.\n\nTogether\, we will consider
how to pursue excellence in our majors and future careers without allowi
ng achievement to become the foundation of our identity. Students will be
encouraged to recognize their gifts\, steward their abilities\, and trus
t God with both their strengths and limitations.\n\nAll students are welc
ome!\n\nLocation Directions: You can find the room by taking the John Lew
is Student Center elevator to the 2nd floor\, walking towards the Student
Organizations Hub space past the WREK to find the door with a Southern C
