  open meetings\, subject to private/closed executive session with no noti
 ce.\n\nWeekly on Fridays 9:00-10:00AM in CAC284\n\nThe Executive Committe
 e includes the President as its chairman\, the Vice President\, the Secre
 tary\, the Treasurer\, the Fraternity Education Officer\, the Historian\,
  and the\nMusic Director. The Faculty Advisor is an ex-officio member wit
 hout vote. The Executive Committee acts in an advisory role to the Presid
 ent. A quorum of the chapter executive committee is a majority of all vot
 ing members of the committee. The Executive Committee may approve expense
 s. They may\nsuggest more expenses\, and perform other duties as the Pres
 ident may direct unless it is stated in the bylaws that it must go before
  the chapter. Other brothers may attend Executive Committee meetings\, bu
 t only those listed as members of the Executive Committee may vote.\n\nht
