DESCRIPTION:The Gertrude C. Ford Ole Miss Student Union offers Event Monit
 or Training to ensure students feel confident and prepared to help host s
 afe\, inclusive\, and well-managed events.\n\nEvent Monitors are required
  for any events where alcohol is present and/or when the anticipated atte
 ndance is 150 or more. For events that meet this criteria\, there must be
  at least one trained Event Monitor for every 50 guests in attendance at 
 any given time.\n\nOnce a student completes the Event Monitor Training\, 
 they are certified to serve in that role for the remainder of the academi
 c year. Please note that first-year members are not eligible to serve as 
 Event Monitors.\n\nPlease limit the attendance of your student organizati
