SUMMARY:Growing Through Conflict: Handling Hard Conversations

DESCRIPTION:Conflict Lab is an interactive\, hands-on workshop designed to
  help participants develop healthy conflict resolution and communication 
 skills\, build confidence in setting boundaries\, and strengthen their pe
 rsonal and professional relationships.\n\nParticipants will work in small
  groups to explore realistic scenarios involving common interpersonal cha
 llenges\, such as a roommate crossing boundaries\, a group project member
  not contributing\, a friend repeatedly canceling plans\, or a leadership
  teammate failing to communicate effectively.\n\nThrough role-playing act
 ivities\, participants will practice healthy communication strategies\, i
 ncluding active listening\, expressing feelings respectfully\, setting cl
 ear boundaries\, demonstrating empathy\, and taking accountability. At th
 e end of the activity\, volunteers will present their scenarios to the gr
 oup\, followed by a guided discussion about which communication technique
 s were most effective.\n\nThe goal of Conflict Lab is to create a support
 ive environment where participants can learn practical skills\, gain conf
 idence in navigating difficult conversations\, and develop stronger\, hea
