 needs in the workplace\, and communicating with understanding and empathy
 . This workshop covers some content of “Understanding and Communicating Y
 our Needs in the Workplace” and expands into more depth\, with more pract
 ice activities and group discussion.\n\nWe recommend taking one of CMDR's
  foundational classes before you take this deeper dive class. Only take o
 ne foundational course\, depending on your role. If you are an HR partner
  and do employee relationship work\, take HR Essentials: Conflict and Com
 munication. If you are a supervisor\, take Leadership Skills in Conflict 
 Management. All other staff and faculty should take Successfully Navigati
