 e Graduate Inclusive Mentoring Community (GIMC) offers professional devel
 opment opportunities for faculty and staff to enhance their mentoring ski
 lls.\n\nIn this session\, participants will identify expectation lenses\,
  values\, and priorities and explore how they shape assumptions and under
 standing. Participants will also leave with practical scripts to strength
 en mentor/mentee communication\, address individual challenges\, and prov
 ide more effective support.\n\nSessions run from 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.\,
