DESCRIPTION:Pepsi Program is to be used for university programs that benef
 it a large proportion of the KU community (current KU students\, faculty\
 , and staff)\; promote a sense of community life at KU\; promote academic
  life at KU\; and promote new programming.\n\nPepsi Funding Request Appli
 cations must be submitted the Friday before you plan to present.\nPresent
 ations must be at least 2 weeks before the event to best ensure fulfillme
 nt can be completed. Please review the planned Committee meeting dates fo
 r presentations.\n\n• Please be prepared to submit an event flier\, itemi
 zed budget\, and all necessary supporting documents.\n\nPepsi Funding Req
 uest Guidelines\n\n• Target audience must be to KU community members.\n\n
 • An organization can request funding only once per semester (Fall/Spring
 ).\n\n• Applicants must be a registered student organization/department w
 ith the SEC.\n\n• Preference is for events to occur on KU's campus.\n\n• 
 KU catering is the preferred food vendor.\n\n• An Exemption Form will be 
 required if KU Catering is not used.\n\n• Program/Event must be open to a
