DESCRIPTION:1. C3 is a year-long conceptual design competition for work in
  orbit or on the lunar surface. It is run by COSMIC\, the consortium NASA
  established in 2023 to grow in-space servicing\, assembly and manufactur
 ing (ISAM). Hardware is only required on the Lunar track.\n2. Undergradua
 te teams design\, build and test a tool that NASA engineers have identifi
 ed as needed for exploration missions. Testing happens in the Neutral Buo
 yancy Laboratory at Johnson Space Center in Houston\, where students dire
