SUMMARY:Regenerative Studio Fall 2026 Events
LOCATION:324 Tjaden Hall
DESCRIPTION:The Regenerative Studio aims to tap into Cornell AAP’s deep cu
rrent of ecological exploration\, practice\, research\, and expression to
transform the landscape surrounding Tjaden Hall into a regenerative stud
io. Grass\, bare soil and thistle will become perennial and self-seeding
gardens to source creative materials (e.g.\, material for dyes\, weaving\
 , fiber\, sculpture\, etc.)\, enhance biodiversity\, create regenerative
feedback loops (i.e.\, composting natural art materials back into the gar
den)\, and provide pedagogic spaces built on dynamic engagement and recip
rocity.\n\nThe fall semester centers the project intellectually through a
series of invited lectures and a community meal. In the spring\, knowled
ge sharing shifts to collaborative action\, specifically through the desi
gn and planting of an intentional\, regenerative garden.\n\nThis project
is led by Art Department Manager Devon Jenkins\, with support from AAP Ex
hibitions and Events Coordinator Tina DuBois\, and funding from a Cornell
  Council for the Arts grant.\n\nFall 2026 Talks\n\nMia Brown-Seguin (B.F.
