DESCRIPTION:The Great Gator Health Fest (GGHF) is an annual community heal
 th education and wellness event hosted by the University of Florida Ameri
 can Pharmacists Association Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP). As
  one of UF's largest student-led health outreach events\, GGHF brings tog
 ether student pharmacists\, students from other health professions\, and 
 members of the Gainesville community to promote accessible health educati
 on\, disease prevention\, and overall wellness.\n\nIn collaboration with 
 more than 20 student organizations across the UF College of Pharmacy\, th
 e event offers free blood pressure and blood glucose screenings\, interac
 tive health education activities\, and wellness resources covering a wide
  range of health-related topics.\n\nGGHF also promotes interprofessional 
 collaboration\, with participation from students in Medicine\, Veterinary
  Medicine\, Occupational Therapy\, Physical Therapy\, and Pharmacy. The e
 vent provides an opportunity for students to apply their developing clini
 cal and communication skills while engaging directly with the community.\
 n\nGGHF is free and open to the UF and greater Gainesville communities\, 
 with the goal of promoting health awareness\, encouraging preventive care
