DESCRIPTION:The tent registration process is managed by the Ole Miss Stude
 nt Union (OMSU) via the online student organization website\, the Forum (
 www.olemiss.edu/forum). Appropriate registration and attendance at each w
 eek’s RSO tent meetings with appropriate University departments must be c
 ompleted prior to each home football game. Tent registration requires RSO
 s to set up their respective organization’s tent between 2:00-3:00 P.M. o
 n the Friday prior to gameday. All RSO tents are required to be set up du
 ring this designated window within the designated RSO perimeter within th
 e Grove. No RSO tents will be permitted to setup after this window.\n\nCo
