 rt for immediate concerns\n• Learn about ongoing mental health and wellne
 ss supports.\n\nWhat “Let’s Talk” Is Not\n• Not crisis support\no If you 
 are experiencing a crisis\, contact the Counseling and Wellness\nCenter (
 CWC) at 360-650-3164 to request a crisis appointment.\n• Not ongoing coun
 seling or mental health treatment\no Let’s Talk does not establish an ong
 oing therapeutic relationship.\n\nHow to Schedule a Consultation\nConsult
 ations are offered with maximum flexibility:\n• In person at the Multicul
 tural Center\, VU 7th floor\, Room . Please check in at the front desk\n•
  Virtually via Zoom\n\nStudents can schedule a 30-minute consultation in 
 advance via Microsoft Forms\n\nOR via a physical sign-up sheet at the fro
 nt desk of the Multicultural Center\, and will be seen on a first come\, 
 first served basis.\n\nLet’s Talk consultations will be offered during Fa
 ll Quarter at 2pm\, 2:30pm\, 3pm\, or 3:30 on Tuesday starting October 13
 th\, 2026 through Tuesday\, December 1st\, 2026. The 3:30 slot will be re
