 h ACCORDS' Implementation Science Program. An implementation scientist an
 d systems researcher\, she specializes in co-creation and partner-engaged
  approaches to developing\, adapting\, and scaling patient-centered inter
 vention. Perez Jolles currently leads a PCORI Science of Engagement Award
  disseminating a validated measure of co-creation in research and has ser
 ved as Principal Investigator on NIH-funded hybrid effectiveness-implemen
 tation trials in pediatric primary care. She is widely recognized for adv
 ancing methods that bridge scientific rigor with meaningful partnerships
