DESCRIPTION:BRIDGE is a three-week workshop that teaches ways to create th
 riving relationships. Attendees will learn:\n\nWays to better understand 
 needs and boundaries in relationships\,Strategies to effectively communic
 ate with others\, andCommon sources of conflict and useful conflict manag
 ement skills.\nYou may choose to attend part or all of each workshop seri
 es\, as your schedule allows.\n\nTo join\, simply click the Comet Calenda

 ster.\n\nOur workshops provide education and practical tools for managing
  common mental health concerns\, similar to a training or class. Even tho
 ugh they are led by one of our therapists\, workshops are not the same as
  therapy groups\, as they are focused on learning and practicing skills r
 ather than in-depth therapeutic process. All workshops are open to UTD st
