DESCRIPTION:Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor Joseph McCarthy is holding 
 virtual monthly office hours for all faculty\, staff\, and students. He i
 nvites you to use this forum as an opportunity to meet with her directly 
 to share suggestions\, feedback\, and concerns.\n\nPlease note that the P
 rovost cannot discuss subjects related to union negotiations. The Provost
  is happy to listen to concerns and share resources related to other topi
 cs.\n\nNo appointment is necessary\; Provost McCarthy will meet with offi
 ce hour visitors in the order in which they arrive.\n\nWhat to Expect\n\n
 Please note that participants will wait in a virtual “waiting room” after
  joining the meeting\, and Provost McCarthy will meet with participants i
 n the order they arrive. Depending on the number of attendees\, this coul
 d be a fairly long wait.\n\nAlso note that no notice is given before you 
 are connected to Provost McCarthy. When it is your turn to meet with Prov
 ost McCarthy\, he will appear on screen in the Zoom window.\n\nPlease be 
 aware that office hours will end promptly at the endtime. If you do not m
 ake the time cut-off or are not able to connect for any other reason\, pl
