  CMDR's foundational classes before you take this deeper dive class. Only
  take one foundational course\, depending on your role. If you are an HR 
 partner and do employee relationship work\, take HR Essentials: Conflict 
 and Communication. If you are a supervisor\, take Leadership Skills in Co
 nflict Management. All other staff and faculty should take Successfully N
