DESCRIPTION:The Program Management Office (PMO) holds standard monthly off
 ice hours to support the CU Boulder research community with program and p
 roject management needs related to research and sponsored projects and pr
 ograms. These open\, drop‑in sessions are available to anyone on campus a
 nd are facilitated by trained PMO program and project managers with exper
 ience supporting standard to complex research and sponsored initiatives.\
 n\nWho should attend\n\nFaculty\, research administrators\, project manag
 ers\, program leads\, and research team members working on or supporting 
 research and sponsored projects and programs.\n\nOffice hours are a space
  to:\n\nAsk questions about research or sponsored project/program managem
 entSanity‑check ideas or approachesTalk through active or upcoming projec
 t scenarios for feedbackDiscuss risk\, planning\, governance or execution
  challengesExplore program or project management career paths within the 
 research ecosystem\nParticipants may join the main session for general di
 scussion\, and PMO staff may also be available for short breakout convers
 ations during office hours when a topic is more sensitive or would benefi
 t from a smaller\, private setting.\n\nYou do not need a fully formed pro
 blem or agenda—participants are welcome to drop in for brief questions or
