DESCRIPTION:Let’s Talk is a 30-minute consultation for students who utiliz
 e the Disability Access Center\, facilitated by Sarah Kapostasy\, LMHC\n\
 nWhat Students Can Expect\n• A one-time\, solution-focused consultation\n
 • Support for immediate concerns\n• Learn about ongoing mental health and
  wellness supports.\n\nWhat “Let’s Talk” Is Not\n• Not crisis support\no 
 If you are experiencing a crisis\, contact the Counseling and Wellness\nC
 enter (CWC) at 360-650-3164 to request a crisis appointment.\n• Not ongoi
 ng counseling or mental health treatment\no Let’s Talk does not establish
  an ongoing therapeutic relationship.\n\nHow to Schedule a Consultation\n
 Consultations are offered with maximum flexibility:\n• In person at the D
 isability Access Center (DAC)\, Room 170J. Please check in at the\nfront 
 desk\n• Virtually via Zoom\n\nStudents can schedule a 30-minute consultat
 ion in advance via Microsoft Forms\n\nOR via a physical sign-up sheet at 
 the front desk of the DAC\, and will be seen on a first come\, first serv
 ed basis.\n\nLet’s Talk consultations will be offered during Fall Quarter
  at 10:00 AM\, 10:30 AM\, 11:00 AM\, and 11:30 AM on Wednesdays starting 
 October 7\, 2026 through Wednesday\, December 2\, 2026. The 11:30 slot wi
