 gi Marchionni\, Weill Cornell Medicine. This course provides a practical 
 and methodological introduction to analyzing spatial transcriptomics data
 \, with an emphasis on Visium HD\, Xenium workflow. Participants will lea
 rn quality control\, normalization\, deconvolution using single-cell refe
 rences\, visualization\, spatial modeling\, neighborhood analyses\, and i
 ntegration of single-cell and spatial datasets. Prerequisites: Basic data
