 tudents who feel like their schedules are completely packed and they are 
 trying to balance school\, work\, activities\, family\, friends\, and eve
 rything else going on in their lives. A lot of students get so focused on
  everything they have to get done that they forget to make time for thems
 elves. This workshop would cover things like figuring out what actually n
 eeds to be a priority\, organizing your schedule in a way that feels mana
 geable\, setting boundaries when your plate is already full\, and finding
  small ways to make time for yourself without feeling guilty about it. Ma
 king room for yourself does not mean ignoring your responsibilities. It j
 ust means learning how to manage everything on your plate while still tak
