DESCRIPTION:UVM Catamount Educational Farm Fruit and Vegetable Sales are o
 pen at the UVM Horticulture Research and Education Center\, 65 Green Moun
 tain Drive\, South Burlington\, VT and will continue every Friday through
  at least November 6 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Weekly updates on apple\, 
 peach\, and grape varieties available will be found at our Facebook and I
 nstagram pages.\n\nCatamount Farm models sustainable farming practices th
 rough a working vegetable and fruit farm. The farm provides educational a
 nd research opportunities for the UVM community\, as well as fresh produc
 e for sale. Students are integral to all activities on the farm\, from pl
 anting to marketing.\n\nStudents are integral in carrying out all activit
 ies on the 10-acre Catamount Farm\, and this experiential learning enviro
 nment provides them with real and diverse sustainable farm management ski
