DESCRIPTION:The Delaware Bankers Association\, in partnership with the Uni
 versity of Delaware’s Center for Economic Education and Entrepreneurship\
 , will award two (2) $2\,500 scholarships to students enrolled in a Perso
 nal Finance course this school year (such as Keys to Financial Success).\
 n\nWHO IS ELIGIBLE? Delaware students enrolled in grades 9-12 who will co
 mplete their Personal Finance course during the 2026- 2027 school year ar
 e eligible. The Personal Finance course must be aligned with the Delaware
  High School Financial Literacy Standards.\n\nWHEN IS THE DEADLINE?\n\nFa
 ll Semester Students: December 18\, 2026 (recommended)\n\nSpring Semester
  Students: April 9\, 2027\, at 10 a.m. (final deadline)\n\nAll essays mus
 t be received by Thursday\, April 9\, 2027\, 10a.m.\, to be considered fo
 r the contest.\n\nAll essays will be reviewed together\, and scholarship
