SUMMARY:Keeping Up With the AKA's: Elevated
LOCATION:https://app.suitable.co/institution/5366/activities/800124
DESCRIPTION:The Upsilon Eta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority\, Incorp
orated® is exploring Keeping Up with the AKA’s\, as a two-part series des
igned to introduce Belmont University students to the chapter through con
nections between students and chapter members\, to provide opportunities
to learn about the sisterhood.\nWith the theme centered around “Getting t
o Know the Pearls\,” this series can offer students an approachable oppor
tunity to connect with members of Upsilon Eta beyond a traditional organi
zational presentation. And through interactive activities\, conversations
\, and a panel featuring current undergraduate members\, graduate members
\, and former Upsilon Eta members\, participants would gain a more person
al understanding of the experiences that shape its members. This event wo
uld build upon those connections through a professional panel highlightin
g the experiences\, perspectives\, and development of members across diff
erent stages of their membership. Whether participants are encountering U
psilon Eta for the first time or are already familiar with the chapter\,
the series would create space for professional exploration.\n\ncontact: a
