 ote Address\n\nThe Office of Research and Scholarship presents a Lectures
 hip event\, which showcases a nurse researcher. The keynote speaker\, May
 a N. Clark-Cutaia\, PHD\, is a nurse scientist\, acute-care nurse practit
 ioner\, educator\, and academic leader whose work advances health equity 
 for people living with chronic illness. Her program of research focuses o
 n chronic illness\, symptom burden\, clinical nutrition\, self-management
 \, equitable access to care\, and workforce development.\n\nShe will disc
 uss her journey into research\, the experience that shaped the questions 
 she became passionate about\, and how that passion evolved into a program
  of scholarship centered on chronic conditions and health equity.\n\nAbou
 t Pitt Nursing Research Day\n\nIn addition to the endowed visiting lectur
 eship event\, the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing Office of Re
 search and Scholarship will showcase the impactful research conducted by
