 ysician\n\nThe Stanford Physician Leadership Certificate Program is a coh
 ort-based foundational learning experience where you will discover how to
  learn and implement the most important leadership skills that will take 
 your career as a physician to the next level of success.\n\nThe program p
 rovides participants with an evidence-based framework for personal growth
 \, key management and leadership skills\, and deep connection with peers.
  The program utilizes cases and simulations\, discussion groups\, and pro
 fessional coaching that provides holistic support for the participants to
  understand\, practice\, and cultivate effective interpersonal\, manageme
 nt\, and leadership skills. Participants complete several psychometric to
 ols that shed light on personal competencies and facilitate each particip
 ant’s leadership development plan.\n\nLive Zoom session dates are 9 am to
  12 pm Pacific Time on the following Saturdays in 2027:\nJanuary 30\, Feb
 ruary 20\, March 13\, April 3\, April 24\, May 22\, June 26\, July 17.\n\
