DESCRIPTION:The Cornell Chorale’s Fall 2026 concert\, “Seasons of Life\,” 
 takes inspiration from the changing seasons as a reflection of the differ
 ent stages and experiences of human life. Through shifts in musical chara
 cter\, color\, and mood\, the program traces a journey through moments of
  awakening\, joy\, love\, faith\, reflection\, peace\, and hope.\n\nThe r
 epertoire draws from a wide range of musical and cultural traditions and 
 features composers and arrangers with roots in Austria\, Slovenia\, Malay
 sia\, the Philippines\, and the United States. The program ranges from Jo
 seph Haydn’s Classical tradition to contemporary choral music\, African A
 merican spiritual and gospel traditions\, and music connected to Asian cu
 ltures. “Ana Tupa Tu (Moonlight)\,” based on a song by Taiwanese Indigeno
 us Bunun musician Biung and arranged by Filipino composer Saunder Choi\, 
 brings another distinctive cultural voice to this journey.\n\nThe concert
  will also welcome Dr. Jo-Michael Scheibe\, Professor Emeritus at the Uni
 versity of Southern California and former National President of the Ameri
 can Choral Directors Association\, as guest conductor. Through its changi
 ng colors\, moods\, and traditions\, “Seasons of Life” reflects how our l
 ives continually move through periods of growth\, celebration\, change\,
