DESCRIPTION:Residents will participate in an interactive gratitude and com
 munity-building program focused on recognizing the positive aspects in th
 eir lives\, experiences in their lives\, and individuals in their lives t
 hey are thankful for. Residents will have the opportunity to contribute t
 o a leaf-poster hung up on the wall for the duration of the program\, and
  write something they are grateful for\, creating a visual and interactiv
 e display of appreciation. Residents will also have the opportunity to cr
 eate personalized gratitude cards and or letters to share with friends\, 
 family\, campus staff\, or others who have made a positive impact on thei
 r life. Residents will also be encouraged to make their own gratitude lis
 t in order to reflect on things they appreciate. Fall themed treats will 
 be provided while residents partake in these activities as they connect w
 ith other residents as well.\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n\n1. Residents will i
 dentify at least three people\, experiences\, or aspects of their lives t
 hat they are grateful for through the gratitude activities.\n\n2. Residen
 ts will demonstrate appreciation for others by creating a gratitude card 
 or contributing to the collaborative gratitude display.\n\n3. Residents w
 ill recognize how expressing appreciation and acknowledging the contribut
 ions of others can positively impact their community.\n\nBy providing res
 idents with opportunities to reflect on gratitude\, express appreciation\
 , and participate in a shared community activity\, this program will enco
