 y. These sessions will utilize the Pomodoro Technique\, a time management
  strategy that involves splitting work tasks into 25-minute intervals\, k
 nown as pomodoros\, with breaks scheduled in between each interval. This 
 technique is a productive strategy to complete tasks that you might other
 wise find challenging. Coloring sheets and word puzzles are available dur
 ing breaks. Join virtually and work with other students\, helping you foc
 us on your tasks. Monday's session will be virtual. All students welcome.
