DESCRIPTION:Join us on November 11th\, 12-1pm PT for a panel on "Integrati
 ng AI into Virtual Reality for Mental Health Care".\n\nVirtual and augmen
 ted reality are increasingly being used to deliver exposure-based treatme
 nts for anxiety related disorders\, trauma\, addiction\, and other mental
  health conditions. Advances in artificial intelligence are now expanding
  what these technologies can do\, enabling more interactive\, adaptive\, 
 and personalized therapeutic experiences. In this panel\, experts spannin
 g clinical research and digital health will explore the evolving role of 
 AI in virtual and augmented reality for mental health care. Panelists wil
 l share examples of AI-enabled tools designed to address real-world clini
 cal needs\, including interactive virtual characters\, personalized expos
 ure environments\, and systems that can adapt treatment based on patient 
 response.\n\nThe discussion will examine where AI can meaningfully enhanc
 e therapeutic XR\, what aspects of human interaction and real-world expos
 ure these technologies are unable to replicate\, and how clinicians can r
 emain appropriately involved as systems become more adaptive. Panelists w
 ill also consider the guardrails needed for responsible use\, the potenti
 al role of wearable data in personalization\, and the practical challenge
