 n\nFSU’s Higher Education programs offer the flexibility to build a cours
 e of study aligned with your interests and career goals. Both the M.S. an
 d Ph.D. programs include 15 credit hours of electives\, with suggested co
 urses organized around focus areas in higher education administration\, i
 nstitutional research\, and student affairs. Ph.D. students may also purs
 ue focused coursework related to college faculty or public policy. Studen
 ts who continue from the M.S. to the Ph.D. program may apply up to 30 cre
 dit hours from the master’s degree toward doctoral requirements\, signifi
 cantly reducing the time needed to complete the Ph.D.\n\nWhether you choo
 se our Master’s or Ph.D. program\, the support\, resources\, and opportun
 ities offered through our face-to-face programs will prepare you to lead\
