DESCRIPTION:This contemporary modern class combines the Limón principles o
 f gravity\, suspension and breath with the soulfulness and technicality o
 f Tracey Durbin's modern jazz style. Dancers will be led through a full-b
 ody warm-up\, followed by a series of static and traveling exercises desi
 gned to nurture connection to breath\, fluidity and musicality. This expa
 nsive class encourages dancers to find freedom through weighted movement 
 and inspires exploration\, expression and play.\n\nThis free class is par
 t of the Department of Performing Arts and Technology's Master Class Seri
 es and is open to NC State students\, staff and faculty. Advance registra
