DESCRIPTION:MavEd Orientation: Teaching for Impact in UNO’s Revised Gen Ed
  Curriculum\n\nNot every faculty member will be involved in general educa
 tion course (re)design\, but all faculty teaching within the curriculum p
 lay a vital role in its success. Unlike the MavEd Course Design Workshops
 \, which focus on developing or redesigning courses\, the incentivized Ma
 vEd Orientation is designed for faculty who are not involved in course de
 sign but still want to enhance their teaching within the new framework.\n
 \nThis initiative is for faculty who want to:\n\nBetter understand the ex
 pectations of UNO’s revised general education curriculum\, refine their t
 eaching strategies to create more engaging and impactful learning experie
 nces\, explore ways to support student success in general education cours
 es\, and gain insights into general education assessment practices.\n\nSe
