 ating backup into hospitals.Hospitals overloaded with several having a da
 ily census routinely above 100%.Emergency departments overloaded by the e
 xcess inpatient population backup and primary care shortages\, and having
  few beds for newly arriving emergency care patients.\n\nWe will have ins
 ightful panelists from across the region\, including Rochester Regional H
 ealth\, University of Rochester Medicine\, and the Finger Lakes Performin
 g Provider System present their approaches to addressing the crisis\, inc
 luding systems for improving transitions of care\, for load balancing thr
 ough the system\, a hospital at home program to increase capacity for app
