SUMMARY:ASG Public Relations Workgroup Meeting

DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this group is to support all events of the ASG 
 and improve communications between the students\, community\, faculty and
  ASG. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\n1. Advertise ev
 ents happening on the Oceanside campus\, San Elijo campus\, and the Commu
 nity Learning Center. This shall be done by working with the chairs of al
 l ASG committees and working groups\, on a regular basis as needed.\n\n2.
  Support the promotion of ASG events\, Senate business\, ASG committee an
 d working groups work through various avenues such as social media\, TWiS
 S\, and/or working with Student Life & Leadership to ensure the promotion
 s are included in the MiraCosta College Public Information Office avenues
  (ex: district-wide newsletters).\n\n3. Monitor the ASG website at least 
 once (1) per week and make requests for updates/edits as necessary.\n\n4.
  Promote ASG Elections and the Outstanding Faculty and Classified Staff A
 wards.\n\nThese meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every m
 onth in a hybrid format (in-person in the ASG Office (OC34218) or via Zoo
