DESCRIPTION:The event will take place on November 8th\, 2026\, at 4:30 pm 
 in the Band Room at the College of Fine Arts. To promote the event\, a fl
 yer will be posted the week before on the Eta Delta Chapter Instagram and
  every day from the 31st of October to the day of the event in the S.H.O.
 W.T.I.M.E Band App. Also starting on the 31st will be a raffle to win a v
 oucher for 3 free items\, in which digital tickets will be sold for $2 ea
 ch. As the days go by and tickets are bought\, the names of each buyer wi
 ll be put in the Wheel of Names\, and the number of tickets they buy will
  correspond to how many times their name is put down. On Saturday\, Novem
 ber 7th\, at 12 pm\, two winners will be chosen. A person can only win on
 ce\, so once they are chosen\, their names are removed from the Wheel. On
 ce we have the winners\, the two digital “3 free items” vouchers will be 
 sent out to them and will be redeemed at the event. On the 8th\, the acti
 ve chapter will arrive 30 minutes early to set up the chairs\, projector\
 , movie\, and food table. Refreshments (water and Capri sun) will be sold
  for $3 each\, and snacks (popcorn and chips) will be sold for $4. Once a
 n adequate number of people arrive\, the movie will start. Those attendin
 g the event can purchase snacks or refreshments throughout the entirety o
 f the movie. All monies will go to the Eta Delta Cash App. After the even
 t\, active members will clean the space and return everything to how it w
