 nThis interactive workshop\, based on a TEDx talk about moving from passi
 ve allyship to courageous active intervention\, helps medical residents a
 nd attendings practice responding to harmful\, biased\, or exclusionary m
 oments in clinical training environments. Residents will explore how sile
 nce compounds harm\, why people freeze in the moment\, and how courage ca
 n be strengthened through rehearsal. Using realistic clinical scenarios\,
  participants will practice brief intervention phrases for responding to 
 misgendering\, ableist assumptions\, stigmatizing language\, biased patie
 nt care assumptions\, access barriers\, and discriminatory comments. The 
 workshop emphasizes that allyship is not an identity or intention\; it is
