 owledge gained by completing the True Colors Assessment to better relate 
 to others who do not share their "color spectrum."\n\nWhat You'll Learn\n
 By the end of this session\, you will be able to:\n1) Discover how the Tr
 ue Colors Assessment uses a metaphor of color to describe different patte
 rns of behavior in the workplace and beyond.\n2) Identify ones own bright
 est and palest color according to the True Colors Assessment.\n3) Identif
 y 2 or 3 characteristics of each of the four True Color Profiles.\n4) Com
 mit to 2 to 3 behaviors that will help one better align\, connect\, and u
