 ng end-year reviews for staff. Points of discussion will include: the imp
 ortance\, purpose\, and benefits of conducting end-year reviews\; timelin
 es\; understanding of performance ratings\; end-year performance conversa
 tions\; available resources\; and how to better yourself in giving and re
 ceiving feedback\, not just in end-year performance reviews\, but all yea
 r long consistently. We will also have time for general Q&A around perfor
