 undamentals of planning and managing meaningful events. Participants will
  explore how events support an organization's mission\, identify essentia
 l event planning responsibilities\, and describe strategies for creating 
 welcoming and engaging experiences. Students will also learn how campus r
 esources\, communication\, and basic assessment contribute to successful 
 events.\n\nAt the conclusion of this program\, students who actively enga
 ge will be able to:\n\n1. Describe how an event's purpose connects to a s
 tudent organization's mission and goals.\n2. Identify essential component
 s of event planning\, including timelines\, budgets\, logistics\, communi
 cation\, and responsibilities.\n3. Explain how accessibility\, inclusion\
 , and participant engagement contribute to meaningful experiences.\n4. Id
 entify campus resources and basic methods for determining event success.\
