DESCRIPTION:This is an introductory course in traditional Shotokan Karate 
 (below Orange Belt). Students will learn basic blocking\, punching and ki
 cking techniques. Students will also learn a few self defense techniques.
  Karate etiquette is emphasized and respectful behavior is required upon 
 entering\, during and exiting class. Students may opt to test at the end 
 of the quarter if they have met all technical and attendance requirements
