SUMMARY:SJSU First-Year Writing Program's Digital Literacy Showcase Fall 2
 026
LOCATION:King Library Digital Humanities Center\, 150 E San Fernando St\,
 San Jose\, CA 95112
DESCRIPTION:Students come to SJSU with a wide variety of cultural\, digita
l\, educational\, and linguistic backgrounds. When they enroll in First-Y
ear Writing\, they complete a wide variety of activities and assignments
drawing on those backgrounds. Unfortunately\, most of us don't have oppor
tunities to see the amazing\, complex work different students (and instru
ctors) are doing in different classes. The Digital Literacy Showcase is o
ne way we've tried to peek into each other's experiences while also reinf
orcing key teaching and learning practices.\n\nSponsored by: Adobe System
