DESCRIPTION:Face your wellness fears by joining us for this year's Festiva
 l of Frights challenge!\n\nAll participants will earn a spooky shaker bot
 tle! Those who complete this year’s challenge will be entered to win a we
 llness prize pack.\n\nThe 2026 Festival of Frights challenge runs from Oc
 t. 5-Nov. 6\, with registration opening on Thursday\, Oct. 1. To complete
  the challenge\, you'll need to:\n\nAttend two (2) Group Fitness classes.
 Attend one (1) MindSpa appointment\, Ask a Personal Trainer session or Pe
 t Therapy session.Keep track of how many events you attend with our punch
  card! You can pick one up from any drop-in fitness class you attend or a
 t the MindSpa. Once completed\, turn in to Merissah Gilbert at the Barnes
  Center at The Arch Recreation office to obtain your shaker bottle. The g
 rand prize winner will be contacted via email to obtain their wellness pr
